The pearls are at the bottom, and they're warm-ish. This is the part that surprises people. Tapioca pearls are cooked and kept soft, so they aren't frozen. You've got a frozen slush up top and soft, chewy pearls at the bottom, and the temperature difference between the two is the whole experience. Cold, crunchy, then chewy. No other bubble tea we make does that.

Order It Like This

Sugar level: 50% or lower. Of every bubble tea on our menu, this is the sweetest at full sugar, because the cookies bring their own. This is one of the few drinks where we'd point a first-timer toward 30% and expect them to be happy. Full sugar is a lot.

Ice: regular — do not ask for less ice. This is backwards from almost every other bubble tea we make. A blended drink needs the ice to build its body. Cut it and you get a thin, soupy cup instead of something you can stand a spoon in.

Spoon straw. Ask for it. We keep them behind the counter and we won't always think to give you one. You need the wide opening for the pearls, and the spoon end for the crumb layer on top.

Don't stir it. Eat the crumb layer first with the spoon end, then work down through the blend, then get the pearls at the end. Stirring turns three textures into one.

Drink it within about fifteen minutes. A blended bubble tea has a clock on it, and in Georgetown that clock runs fast. Once it melts it separates, and a separated Oreo blend is a sad, watery gray. If you're heading somewhere first, get a Milky Series drink instead and save this one for when you can drink it right away.

Dairy: it contains dairy, and Oreo cookies are in it, so it's not dairy-free or gluten-free.

Caffeine: there's no tea in this drink. Chocolate cookies carry a trace amount of caffeine, but it's small enough that this works as a late-evening order for most people. That's why you'll see it go out at 8:30 on a Friday night more than almost anything else we make.

Who It's For

Get it if: you want a bubble tea that works as dessert, you like crunch, you're bringing kids, or you want something cold that isn't fruity.

Skip it if: you want a light drink, you're watching sugar closely, or you have a long drive ahead of you.

One honest note: this is a heavy drink. It sits like a real dessert, because it basically is one. Plenty of people split a large between two, and that's a reasonable call, especially after dinner.

We're at 1013 W University Ave, Ste 165, inside Wolf Ranch Town Center. Take the University Ave exit off I-35 and you're a couple of minutes away.

Here's what matters with a blended bubble tea specifically: every single cup is blended to order. There's no pre-made batch sitting in a freezer or a dispenser. That's not us being fancy — it's the only way this drink works. A blended drink that sits for even twenty minutes separates into ice on the bottom and cream on top, and no amount of stirring brings it back.

It also means the person behind the counter controls how thick your cup is. If you want it thicker or thinner than standard, say so when you order. We can do that. Most people don't know it's an option.

Our Dessert Shop Menu: The Rest of the Blended Lineup

Georgetown heat hangs on through October, and this section of our board carries those months. It runs like a dessert shop, and the Oreo is the headliner of our blended bubble tea lineup.

Taro w/ Pudding is the one for taro people — earthy and smooth, topped with silky pudding. Thai Tea w/ Pearl blended is rich and spiced and comes out creamier than the milk tea version. Coffee w/ Ice Cream is sweet with a mild bitter edge and a scoop on top. Mango w/ Ice Cream goes bright yellow and pairs fruit against cream. Strawberry w/ Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream is tart-sweet with a pink color that comes from real jam. Peach Tea w/ Lychee Jelly is the lightest of the group and the one to get if the Oreo sounds too heavy. Lava Flow layers mango against a peach purée for a color effect that's hard to look away from.

And Halo Halo, our Filipino-inspired build, comes standard or as Halo Halo Ice Blended. Both are stacked, layered, and closer to a sundae than a drink.

Everything in this section wants a spoon straw. Just ask.

Ice Cream Shop Cravings, Handled in One Stop

Three of our blended drinks come with a real scoop on top, so an ice cream shop craving gets handled without a second stop.

Mango w/ Ice Cream, Coffee w/ Ice Cream, and Strawberry w/ Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream all work that way. If you liked the Oreo but want something fruit-forward next time, the mango one is the natural next step.

None of these hold up on a long drive in Texas heat. Same fifteen-minute rule.

A Cafe Where You Can Actually Sit

We get used as a cafe more than people expect, and a bubble tea here often outlasts the errand that brought you in. Laptops, homework spread across a table, friends talking well past the bottom of the cup.

The Oreo is not the drink for a two-hour sit — it'll be gone in fifteen minutes and melted by thirty. For a long session, our Milky Series is the better shelf.

Classic Pearl Milk Tea is the reference drink for the whole category. Honey Pearl Milk Tea goes softer and sweeter. Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea runs rich and caramel-forward. Taro Pearl Milk Tea is earthy and nutty in purple. Thai Pearl Milk Tea brings warm spice. Coconut Pearl Milk Tea and Mango Green Milk Tea sit lighter. The Golden Retriever loads four toppings into one cup for people who can't pick just one.

The Coffee Shop Side of the Board

If a cookies-and-cream blend is your thing, the coffee shop half of our menu is worth a look, because the flavors sit close together.

Coffee Creama is cold coffee under a salted cream lid — sip through it rather than mixing it. Coffee Milk Tea w/ Coffee Jelly puts cold-brew-flavored jelly cubes into a milk tea. Coffee w/ Ice Cream is the blended one, and it's the closest cousin to the Oreo if you want the same frozen-dessert feel with a bitter edge underneath.

Caffeine, ranked on our board: coffee drinks are highest, then black tea, then matcha and green tea, then the non-caffeinated section with none — and the Oreo blend sits down near the bottom with them.

Juice Shop Flavors When You Want the Opposite

Some days you want the exact opposite of a cookie blend. This section works like a juice shop, except every drink is built on brewed tea instead of syrup and water.

Mango Green Tea is the simplest place to start. Passion Chess comes in tart. Berry Lychee Burst is the floral one. Peach Tea w/ Honey Jelly goes down easy. Mango & Passion Fruit Tea splits sweet and sour. Honey Lemonade is the Georgetown hot-afternoon default.

All of these run 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, or 100% sugar.

Soft Drinks Shop Swaps, Without the Can

Cutting soda but still want a cold, sweet bubble tea? Our caffeine-free lineup fills that role the way a soft drinks shop does, minus the can.

Tiger Boba is brown sugar pearls under fresh milk. Strawberry Coconut is creamy and bright and a family favorite. Wintermelon Lemonade is the underrated one — wintermelon has a honey-caramel note and lemon cuts it clean. There's a Wintermelon Lemonade Ice Blended version and Wintermelon w/ Fresh Milk for something creamy and calm.

The Oreo blend belongs in the same conversation as these, since it has no tea base either.

New Matcha Series

Our newest bubble tea lineup, and the fastest-growing one. We use real matcha, so there's a grassy, slightly bitter base under the sweetness.

Matcha Pearl Milk Tea is the standard build. Matcha Fresh Milk drops the tea base so the matcha reads clean. Strawberry Matcha Fresh Milk is the layered pink-and-green one. Mango Matcha Fresh Milk is the fruit-forward version.

If you like the Oreo because of the cookie bitterness against the cream, matcha is worth trying — it does a similar thing with a different kind of bitter.

Oreo Ice Blended with Pearl: The Cookies-and-Cream Bubble Tea Georgetown, Texas Treats Like Dessert

Look at the top of the cup. There's a dry layer of cookie crumbs sitting up there, mounded, not sinking in.

That's not decoration. That's a test the drink has to pass. Crumbs only sit on top like that if the blend underneath is thick enough to hold them. Blend it too thin, or pack it with too much ice, and those crumbs slide straight down into the cup and disappear in ten seconds.
